Remington Rooftop Fixture

Project: Remington Condominiums

Architect: Richard Magee

The Remington Plaza is an exclusive and beautiful 93-unit luxury condominium tower located along the Wilshire Corridor, bounded by Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Brentwood, CA.

The Remington was designed by Richard Magee, a partner of Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh (VTBS Architects).  The magnificent building received the Gold Nugget Award of Merit, which honors creative achievements in architectural design and land use planning.

The facade is comprised of stone and glass and this custom commercial lighting fixture lined the rooftop and specific locations along the upper portion of the building.

This large scale fixture is part architectural detail and part accent light.  The fixture body was constructed out of aluminum with a custom powder coat finish.  The light source is a 250 watt metal halide lamp.
